Opinions On Wedge Issues
of some well known commentators, as far as I can tell...a work in progress
Note: there is a new post:

and the chart there has superseded this chart, plus it has more questions and more responders. It is made with Datawrapper and has an ability to horizontally scroll columns and paginate rows, also a search capability and sorting columns by clicking on the column header.

**from Iain Davis:
"Yes to the following:
- Fake trump assassination
- mRNA is a bioweapon - or rather can be and evidently is being used as one in some cases.
Not sure what you mean by the following but can explain my opinion:
- Covid was not a particularly dangerous disease and therefore not a poison. But the policy response to Covid was extremely dangerous and could certainly be described as "poisonous."
- Covid (propaganda and policy response) was a state operation, including the military, but not a pandemic. Covid was not a "bioweapon."
- I wouldn't say the G3P "runs" Putin. However, I would say Putin is aligned with many G3P ambitions--digital currency, digital ID, censorship of "disinformation," etc. I think there are factions within the G3P each vying for a bigger slice of the pie but no faction, including Putin's, wants to throw the pie away.
- I think some "global warming" is caused by human activity. But I don't think this is significant and natural variation (the Sun) accounts for the vast bulk of it. I don't think "radiative forcing" (AGW theory) stacks up. Most importantly, I don't think global warming is catastrophic or indeed anything to particularly worry about. Climate change is happening all the time.
- I don't think there is any evidence for a thing called a virus that behaves as alleged by virologists. I do think there is something to be said for the science, if not the practice, of epidemiology. I am not convinced by the argument that contagion is due solely to toxic environments though I do think environment plays a significant role in ill health. So am uncertain how that mechanism works if not by transmission of "something.""
