Is this the same guy who sold out the Greek people to the pathocracy back in 2008?
“The State could have certified who you are and given you, you know, a long number, which is you, and a PIN number.”
Maybe they could just tattoo it on your arm?

Your identity has been stolen by the conglomerates. Is the answer to give it to the State? Not the one I live in.
Identity must be self sovereign, *every* time it’s used. By *anyone*. How is that possible? There must be a way.
The UNDP Digital ID Governance Framework violates the U.S. Constitution 4th amendment prohibiting unreasonable searches and seizures.

By "self-sovereign", I mean under the user or identity owner's control, not something on the blockchain or similar definition.
What I mean by that is whoever asks for the ID may specify the form of the ID but the ID owner may not agree to that, in which case the transaction is either terminated or another, presumably less restrictive, form of ID is allowed.
For example, if you keep your bowling ball at the bowling alley, you may want them to only identify you by your first name when you go to use it. They may want to see your driver's license, but you can say "Look, you're only keeping my bowling ball and if my first name isn't good enough, then I'll carry it around myself."
Not only should you have that choice everywhere, but you should also have the right to specify how and when your ID is used outside of your presence, and the right to be notified when it is so used.
