If Its Not A Runaway, Its Not A Real Grand Jury

...grand juries as the 4th branch of government...

The criminal syndicate is global. Powerful though they are, they depend on their credibility and our consent.

So what do we do, where do we turn? Do we just not depend on anyone, turn our backs on our neighbors and dig gardens at our condos to feed ourselves?

Or do we, in the U.S. at least, revitalize our institutions?
